In 2018, Todd Sullivan and Christine Mundel created the Todd Sullivan Team with a goal of combining their strengths to make real estate easy for their clients.  That year, they were awarded #1 for production by Keller Williams. With more than 20 years collective experience in real estate, Todd and Chris know how to get the job done!  In Spokane’s competitive market, you need someone with the experience and expertise to help you get your home sold for the best deal.

Behind the scenes, Todd and Chris have a team of associates assisting with marketing, transaction coordination, and more.  Todd and Chris also have buyer’s agents on their team who answer phones 7 days a week and are available to show properties any day of the week.

One way we make selling homes easy, is the professional marketing strategy we use for each property.  Through our print and digital marketing along with professional photography, we are able to get your property in front of potential buyers until we hang the sold sign.  In the pages to follow, learn about the process of selling a home and find out what we have to offer.  We are here to make selling your home easy.

Marketing Strategy

When you list with the Todd Sullivan Team, your property will receive a structured marketing strategy personalized for your property.

Professional Photos

One of the first steps we take when listing your property is sending our professional photographer to your home to capture interior and exterior photos and showcase its best characteristics.

Eye-catching flyers

Once the photos are complete, we design colorful, eye-catching flyers for your property. We use multiple flyers including an open house flyer, a box flyer, and an e-flyer.

Virtual Home Tours

Since it may be difficult for people to see homes in person right now, we are taking video walk-throughs of every property we list. We publish tours on Facebook and on our website so that buyers can tour the home virtually on their own.

Just Listed Postcards

When your property goes live, we will send out Just Listed postcards to your neighbors so they can find out about your home and maybe even help spread the word. We can also give you a set to pass out to friends and family if you're interested.

Listing Webpage

When you decide to list with us, your property will be featured on our website and will have its own web page where people can read all about your home and see pictures.

Social Media

While your property is listed, we regularly post photos and info on Facebook and Instagram. We also pay for boosted ads for the open house to get more traffic.

Craigslist

Another strategy we use involves boosting your property regularly on Craigslist in major west coast cities so people near and far can find your home.

Full Service Team

We have a full service team working behind the scenes and answering phones around the clock 7 days a week. This allows us to never miss a potential buyer's call. Our team can help buyers find your home, see the property, and write offers.

Allied Resources

In addition to our marketing resources, we offer our clients access to our allied resources including contractors, repairmen and other vendors. We have someone for any job whether it be minor repairs, big projects, or professional cleaning. If you need someone to help you work on your property before it goes on the market, we can point you in the right direction.

Listing Timeline

1. You choose us to list your home. Yay!

2. You'll sign a listing agreement

3. We schedule a photographer and prepare marketing materials!

4. You're property goes live on the MLS & all major Real Estate websites (zillow, trulia, etc.)

5. We'll schedule showings and monitor feedback.

6. We'll help you negotiate offers and get your home sold

7. Once an offer is accepted, we'll help negotiate the inspections

8. After the inspection is complete, the appraisal will be ordered

9. Closing time! You get to sign the final paperwork.

10. You're property closes. Yay! You just sold your home. Time to celebrate!
